Under Settings → Communication → Email Receiving, you set up your incoming mailboxes as linked mailboxes. DEPLAW fetches their messages at regular intervals and stores them – based on either an IMAP connection with SSL/TLS or a Microsoft sign-in (MSAL).
Connecting a mailbox
+ New mailbox link creates a mailbox. The columns of the overview show its configuration:

| Ordner | the server folder messages are fetched from (e.g. INBOX). |

| Authentifizierung | IMAP (server + password) or MSAL (Microsoft OAuth, see Microsoft Accounts). |
