The Mollie Payments section (Mollie payments) shows all online payments collected via the payment service provider Mollie – for example retainers, fees, or recurring amounts that clients settle by credit card, PayPal, and similar methods. You set up Mollie once under Payment providers; here you track the transactions.
Payments & subscriptions
Two tabs separate one-off from recurring payments:
- Payments – individual transactions.
- Subscriptions – recurring payments (e.g. installment plans); the Subscription ID column links a payment to its subscription.
Filters & columns

| All payments without a case | shows transactions not yet matched to a case – for follow-up booking. |
| All payments with refunds | payments that were (partially) refunded. |
| All payments with chargebacks | payments that were charged back. |
| Payment ID | the unique Mollie transaction identifier (tr_…). |
| Status / Payment method | payment status (e.g. Paid) and method (creditcard, paypal, …), both filterable. |
| Booking date / Customer name | time and payer of the transaction. |
