DEPLAW connects your accounting to external payment services through two integrations: Konfipay for bank connectivity and Mollie for online payments.
Konfipay – bank synchronization
Settings → Accounting → Konfipay connects DEPLAW to your bank via konfipay. This lets you sync bank statements and SEPA transfers automatically, instead of uploading and downloading files manually.
- First, set up a konfipay account and add your bank accounts there.
- In DEPLAW, enter the API URL and API key and create the configuration.
- In the booking organization settings, specify for each bank general ledger account whether its statements and/or transfers should be synced with this konfipay account.
Mollie – online payments
Settings → Accounting → Mollie Payment connects DEPLAW to your Mollie account to collect online payments – for example directly within a dynamic form (the Mollie Payment block) or in connection with an invoice. This lets a client conveniently settle amounts by card or other online methods, and the incoming payment is available in DEPLAW right away.
