In Tag Management (Settings → Templates), you centrally maintain the tag suggestions used throughout DEPLAW for labeling and filtering. There are two separate pools:
- Case tags – the hashtags you assign in a case’s master data and filter by in the case overview.
- Document tags – the tags for correspondence and for text blocks (the Document tags field there).
Maintaining tags
For each pool, Add tag suggestion creates a new suggestion, and Delete tag suggestions removes selected ones. The suggestions maintained here appear as options wherever tags are assigned – keeping tags consistent across the whole firm instead of fragmenting into many different spellings.
