Email attachments will be Separated, compressed, converted into PDF and processed via the OCR engine.

by drag & Drop e-mails in Outlook format can be dragged directly into the file.

The e-mail is sent via a scalable mail provider (Mailjet, Sendgrid and others) — Stable and spam resistant even at high volumes. Templates are filled with file-specific data.

If the system limit is reached, files Automatically split across multiple emails. Fax sending by email2fax with PDF send report.

Letter post incl. registered mail via LetterXpress, Fully automated shipping settings.

The sending of bea messages is via the fully integrated BEA interface automatically possible.
