The faster automated DEPLAW workflows are rolled out, the sooner the benefit shows — an intensive concept and process phase at the start usually pays off. For mid-sized projects, a measurable effect is typically visible after 4–8 weeks of development; smaller projects often sooner.
Mostly from staffing: DEPLAW steps in exactly where the workload could no longer be handled manually and would otherwise require extensive new hiring. On top of that come projects that only become economically viable through automation at all, plus expensive outsourcing (e.g. claims assessment, litigation) that is saved and instead handled centrally in-house.
