Platform
DEPLAW
DEPLAW is the legal tech platform for mass proceedings: workflows, AI agents and beA in one software, for law firms, insurers and legal departments.
Automation & AI
Automation & AI
Workflow Editor
Draw tasks, gateways, and events by drag and drop. What you model becomes executable logic – from beA classification to batch dispatch.
Automation & AI
AI Functions
In DEPLAW, AI is not an autonomous agent but an orchestrated, always-replaceable workflow step – from classification to the finished submission.
Automation & AI
Data Extraction
Every data point — whether read by AI, entered manually, or filled in via a form — is instantly available for deadlines, workflows, and templates.
Automation & AI
Audit-Proof Process History
Who worked on a case, and when, is recorded immutably – complete, categorized, and exportable for audits and regulatory obligations.
Automation & AI
Interfaces & Communication
One system for every communication channel: beA, eBO, email, fax, mail, banking interfaces, and an open API — incoming automatically assigned, outgoing automatically sent.
Automation & AI
Workflow Batch Processing
Instead of starting every case individually, DEPLAW filters, checks, and processes thousands of case files in a single, live-monitored batch run.
Automation & AI
Workflow Incidents
If a workflow step fails technically, it becomes its own clearly scoped incident instead of a silent stall in the background.
Documents
Documents
Text Generator
From template to ready-to-send PDF – with data points pulled from the case file, automatic letterhead, and an AI that already knows the case.
Documents
Text Blocks
A central library of referenceable templates that automatically resolves gender, grammatical case, and condition logic, and attaches documents on its own.
Documents
Dynamic Forms
Here, a form isn't an input field — it's the trigger for workflow, document, and payment in a single step.
Case File & Inbox
Case File & Inbox
Inbox
Instead of separate systems per channel: beA, email, fax and the online case file all run through the same inbox – with the same automation for every message.
Case File & Inbox
beA Interface
Incoming beA messages are classified automatically, and hundreds of submissions can be sent in the same step, each with its own delivery report.
Case File & Inbox
Online Case File
Clients see their case in real time, submit documents, and sign powers of attorney via touchscreen – entirely in the browser, with no separate case portal needed.
Case File & Inbox
Case History & Input Management
Full-text search, AI tags, and automatic filing from every channel turn the case history into a seamless, instantly usable case chronicle.
Case File & Inbox
Party Data
One party, one record: DEPLAW brings together case history, notes, and duplicates for every opposing party in a single place.
Case File & Inbox
Collaboration
Multiple organizations, one case: DEPLAW governs, per data category, exactly who can see and edit what.
Case File & Inbox
Telephony
A call comes in, and DEPLAW already knows the caller and the case file – before anyone even picks up the phone.
Case File & Inbox
Follow-ups
Follow-ups are created automatically from the workflow – with deadline, priority, and caseworker, with no manual entry.
Finance
Finance
Bookkeeping & Client Funds
Incoming payments, account posting, and client funds disbursement run in a single DATEV-compliant bookkeeping process – including Konfipay import and cross-case controlling.
Finance
Transfers
Payment processing without a system break: create it in the case file, have it approved automatically, and execute it via Konfipay or CSV export.
Finance
Payment Orders
From the automatically generated payment order application to the enforcement order, the entire court payment order procedure runs without manual intervention.
Finance
Payment Interfaces
Clients and debtors pay by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or SEPA — the payment lands automatically in the case file and triggers the next workflow step.
Finance
Claim tables
Every claim item with default interest calculated to the exact day, an installment payment plan, and direct links to dunning proceedings and templates.
Finance
Invoices
Invoices with automatically calculated RVG and GKG fee items, generated as a ZUGFeRD file and posted directly DATEV-compatible.
