Yes. One or more beA mailboxes are connected via software certificate; DEPLAW fetches incoming messages every 10 minutes and files them to the case. Briefs can be sent via beA directly from the workflow. Details under beA interface.

Data is pseudonymized before every AI service task. All connections are encrypted with TLS 1.3, and data at rest is encrypted with AES-256. Every AI step is fully logged as a defined process step — no black box.
