Incoming messages are automatically read, analyzed via OCR, and assigned to the right case file — regardless of which channel they came in through.
Incoming: automatic assignment instead of manual review
An email from a motor liability insurer, a beA delivery from the local court, or an eBO notice from the tax authority all go through the same pipeline: receipt, automatic case assignment based on characteristics such as sender address or case number, compression and OCR of attachments, and — depending on the content — triggering a workflow or a follow-up reminder. Emails can additionally be dragged and dropped straight from Outlook into the case file.
Outgoing: from a single letter to bulk filing
On the sending side, the same logic scales in the other direction: email delivery via Mailjet or SendGrid stays reliably deliverable even at high volume, and templates are automatically filled with the matching case data. If an email’s attachment limit isn’t enough, DEPLAW automatically splits the files across multiple messages. Fax and letter dispatch are just as automated — fax via Email2Fax with a delivery report, mail including registered mail via LetterXpress. beA dispatch itself runs through the dedicated beA interface.
Open connectivity for in-house systems
A technology-agnostic REST API allows in-house systems or databases to be connected at any time — case files, documents, workflows, and receivables are exchanged bidirectionally, without DEPLAW requiring a fixed integration for it. Payment data flows in fully automatically via the Konfipay banking interface, or can be exported as CSV for programs such as StarMoney.

beA, eBO, and email fully integrated
beA mailboxes for lawyers and firms are fully integrated, as are eBO mailboxes for citizens and organizations. Email runs via POP3, IMAP, and Microsoft Office — attachments are separated, compressed, and processed with OCR.

Fax and mail with no format break
Incoming faxes are captured digitally like any other channel. Outgoing, fax is sent via Email2Fax with a PDF delivery report, and letter mail, including registered mail, is sent automatically via LetterXpress.

Outgoing communication at volume
Email delivery runs through a scalable mail provider such as Mailjet or SendGrid and stays spam-resistant even at high volume. Templates are automatically filled with case-specific data, and attachments are split across multiple emails if needed.

Open API and bank connectivity
A technology-agnostic REST API exchanges information and files bidirectionally with in-house systems. Payments run automatically via Konfipay or as a CSV export for common banking programs such as StarMoney.
