Payment Interfaces
Through the Mollie integration, DEPLAW accepts credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and SEPA direct debit — every payment is automatically booked into the case file and can directly trigger a workflow.
For many law firms and legal departments, digital payment methods have so far been a break in the process: the payment link sits outside the case file, and receipt has to be matched by hand. DEPLAW closes this gap through a direct integration with the payment provider Mollie — credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and SEPA direct debit all run as a single payment path straight into the case file.
One payment path, multiple methods
Instead of maintaining a separate solution for every payment method, the Mollie integration covers all common paths in a single step. An advisory fee of, say, 842 euros plus expenses is shown as a total amount including VAT; the payer chooses freely between card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or direct debit. The simpler the payment path, the higher the payment rate tends to be — which is why DEPLAW deliberately offers several parallel options instead of a single fixed method.
Form or QR code — both linked directly to the case file
Two paths are available for delivery. A dynamic form can be pre-filled with all relevant data and sent digitally to the payer. Alternatively, DEPLAW generates a pre-filled QR code to embed in a letter or invoice — scan, confirm the amount, pay, done in under half a minute. Regardless of the path chosen, the payment receipt, amount, and date are immediately recorded in the case history.
Automatic booking and workflow triggers
As soon as Mollie confirms a payment, DEPLAW automatically books it to the matching accounts — for example receivables account against bank account — with no manual reconciliation. The payment receipt can also be configured as a trigger for further steps: disbursing client funds, generating a closing letter via the text generator, or automatically closing the case file once payment has been received. This turns the payment interface into more than just a cash closing — it becomes the starting point for the next process step.

Legal product instead of legal advice
Combined with dynamic forms and automated workflows, a classic advisory service turns into a digital product: order, pay, receive the result — without a caseworker having to act in between.
