Under Settings → Communication → Post Versand, you set up physical letter dispatch. Instead of printing, enveloping, and mailing letters yourself, DEPLAW hands the finished letter off to the print and mail service provider LetterXPress, which prints, stamps, and posts it.
Setting up a postal dispatch configuration
Hinzufügen (“Add”) opens the Postversand hinzufügen dialog with the credentials for your LetterXPress account:

| Mit Aktenhashtag | an optional hashtag: case files with this hashtag are sent through this configuration – taking priority over the default postal dispatch route. |
| Standardmäßig zum Postversand benutzen | marks this route as the default for all case files with no more specific rule. |
