Follow-up dashboards are not just a different-colored view of the follow-up list – they are their own, configurable filter views. Instead of setting up filters every time, you select a previously configured dashboard and immediately see exactly the work package it represents – for example all of today’s follow-ups, all callbacks, or all reply deadlines. This works just as well for your own work as it does for team leads who want a quick overview of the whole team’s work packages.
What makes up a dashboard
A follow-up dashboard is essentially a saved filter combination – comparable to a named search. Typical examples:
Which filters a dashboard contains exactly is set individually by you – or by a team lead for the group. This creates clearly scoped work packages that can be pulled up with a click, instead of assembling filters from scratch every time.
How to use a dashboard
- Choose a dashboard
Use Choose dashboard to load one of your configured dashboards. Which filters it contains is set in the settings.
- Narrow the view
As with follow-ups, you switch between your own and another assignee's — as a team lead, for example, to review a colleague's work package.
- Work through the work package
The table now shows only the follow-ups matching the dashboard. As in the full list, every row can be edited directly — changes land in the journal of the respective case.
