Under Settings → Templates, you centrally maintain all the building blocks DEPLAW later uses to automatically generate correspondence, forms, and documents. Once created, they’re available in every case file – populated with the placeholders of the respective case.
The sections
- Text Blocks – reusable text and document templates for letters and emails, with placeholders and FEEL logic.
- Dynamic Forms – structured forms you send to the client (see Forward Forms) or use internally.
- PDF Form Editor – populate official and custom PDF forms with fields and fill them in automatically.
- Letterhead & Document Editor – design letterheads and the layout of your outgoing documents.
- Tag Management – maintain the tags used to organize templates and documents.
