The Follow-Ups view in the dashboard is your cross-case deadline list: every follow-up and deadline from all cases in one place, sorted by due date by default. This lets you see immediately what’s coming up next – without going through cases one by one.
Your own or someone else’s follow-ups
At the top, you switch the view:
- My follow-ups – only the deadlines assigned to you as the responsible person.
- Choose assignee – another person’s follow-ups, for example to cover for a colleague on vacation.
The columns & filtering
| Column | Content |
|---|---|
| Case number / Case title / Case description | the case, its parties, and the underlying facts. |
| Title | what the follow-up is about (e.g. Deadline: statement of defense). |
| Due date | the due date – default sort, ascending. |
| Status | processing state (created, in progress, …). |
| Type | kind of entry (e.g. follow-up). |
| Assignee | the person responsible. |
Every column carries a filter icon. Clicking it opens a small builder with a filter type (e.g. contains) and an input field; use + to add more filter rows. This lets you narrow the list freely – not just via fixed dropdown values, but by any text.
Editing directly in the list
A big advantage of this cross-case view: you don’t need to jump into the case first to make a change. Clicking a row opens the Follow-up edit dialog right here:
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Title / Description | what the follow-up is about. |
| Due date | the due date – push it back with a click via Extend one week / Extend two weeks. |
| All day | whether the deadline runs for a full day or an exact time. |
| Priority / Status | for your own organization and for filters/dashboards. |
| Assignee | who handles the follow-up – reassignable here too. |
