In the Case Closure tab, you close a case out of court. You choose whether and how the client is notified.

The three options

  • Close case out of court without review – the client receives a notification without a link to the review page.
  • Close case out of court with review – the client receives a notification with a link to the review page.
  • Close case out of court silently – the client receives no notification.

All three close the case identically — they differ only in how the client is notified:

Without review

Notification to the client — without a link to the review page.

With review

Notification with a link to the review page — for active referral marketing.

Silent

No notification — the case is only closed internally.
