The Booking Account section shows the firm’s general ledger accounts with their totals – the accounting-level overview across all cases. While the case file shows the booking account of one case, this overview rolls up all accounts: bank, escrow (client funds), revenue, clearing accounts, and more.
The view
The overview is split into two parts:

| Accounts total | the totals of all bookings per general ledger account – the total holdings. |
| Accounts filtered | the same accounts, but only for the currently set filters (e.g. a date range) – letting you compare total holdings and subset side by side. |
Like the bank statements, the booking account is also filterable – use the search above to narrow down which accounts or which period are considered in “Accounts filtered.”
For each account you see the debit total, credit total, and the resulting balance. The account numbers in parentheses (e.g. 1200, 3310) follow your accounting chart of accounts.
