A forward form lets you collect missing information from the client in a structured way — for example documents or details still missing after the mandate was accepted. The tab lists all forms for this case.
Managing forms
- + New forward form creates a form and links it to the case file.
- Use Search and Reset filters to narrow down the list.
Creating a forward form
Click + New forward form. A small dialog opens where you select the form template and optionally add a note:
- Forward form (required) – the template to be sent. The list is drawn from your centrally maintained Dynamic Forms. Typical templates include Power of Attorney and Release from Confidentiality, Accident Opponent’s Details (also with Vehicle), Bank Details Requested, Medical Treatment, Loss of Housekeeping Capacity, Bicycle Property Damage, or Diesel Emissions.
- Note – an optional internal note.
After you click Save, the form appears in the list and is made available for the client to fill out via their case file / the client portal. Their answers then flow back into the case file automatically — no retyping required.
