The Follow-Ups tab contains all deadlines and tasks for this case. Each follow-up has a deadline, a priority, a status, a responsible handler, and — importantly — visibility restricted to specific participant groups. This makes it clear at all times what needs to be done, by when, and by whom.

Understanding the list

Each row is a follow-up. By default, the list is sorted by deadline in ascending order, so the most urgent items appear at the top.

Column Meaning
Title Short name of the task
Deadline Due date (default sort order)
Priority Low, Medium, or High
Status e.g. Created, Open, Done
Type Kind of entry (e.g. follow-up, deadline, phone call)
Handler Responsible person

Use the search field to filter by title; the funnel icons in the header filter individual columns (e.g. only High or only Open). Reset filters clears all filters, Refresh table reloads the current state. My follow-ups shows only the entries assigned to you. Below the list, you can adjust the column view and save it with Save configuration.
