In the Workflow tab, you bring automation to an individual case file: you start a predefined process and see which workflows are already running on the case.

Starting a process

  1. Under Start new process, select the desired process in the Process field.
  2. Click Start. The workflow begins and appears in the list below.

Running workflows

The Workflows table shows the name, description, and status of the processes running on this case. Use All workflows, Reset filters, and Refresh table to control the view.
